Canceling or Modifying Orders Before They Ship

You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it is shipped. However, if you choose to cancel your order and pay with PayPal or a credit card, a 5% fee will apply. If you purchase using Affirm, a 5-10% fee will be charged. This fee includes merchant fees charged for processing credit cards, PayPal accounts, and refunds.

Canceling an order after it has shipped

If your order has shipped but has not yet been received and you wish to cancel, the shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If it is currently in transit, please contact us and we can attempt to return it to the sender.

Each country's customs policy is different, tax is the obligation of every citizen, arrived at the customs refused to pay the tax caused by the parcel was returned or destroyed, the shopper needs to bear the corresponding losses.

Returns After Receipt of Order Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of receipt of the order.

A return label will be issued once we have been contacted. The dollar amount to ship the product back will be the responsibility of the consumer and shipping charges will not be refunded. The dollar amount shipped back to us will be deducted from the refund. If you choose to return an accessory that was improperly packaged and damaged during return shipping, the customer is responsible for the damage.

Custom Orders If you wish to cancel your custom order after ordering parts from our factory, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
If you wish to cancel your custom order after ordering parts from our factory, a 50% restocking fee will apply. Custom orders cannot be canceled simply because it takes longer than expected to produce the customized part.

Installation and Assembly Problems If the product is installed, you own the product unless there is an assembly problem.
. If there is a fitment issue, please email support@geelyevs.com with a picture of the fitment issue. If the product does have a defect, it must be reported to GEELYEVS within 7 days of receiving the package. We will issue a return label and send a replacement product. If you decide to return the product instead of sending a free replacement, we will still charge a 15% restocking and shipping fee.GEELYEVS offers an installation guarantee on all of our products when they are properly installed by a professional body shop. If an item has been damaged or altered (cracked, bent, scratched, painted), the item is no longer eligible for return. Any item with double sided tape can only be returned if the protective tape covering the adhesive has not been removed, and once the protective tape has been removed from one of the multiple items, the item is not returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Therefore, please make sure you are satisfied with your product before removing the protective tape.

SHIPPING DAMAGE If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately and provide us with a picture of the damaged
pictures of the product and the shipping box. Do not install the product. We cannot file a damage claim after installation.GEELYEVS performs a quality check on every part that leaves our facility. If the product is damaged, it may be due to transportation and a claim will need to be filed with the transportation carrier. In this case, a new product will be sent to you in exchange for the damaged product. If at this point you wish to return the product instead of replacing it, a 15% restocking fee will also be charged and shipping costs will not be refunded. All damages must be reported to GEELYEVS within 7 days of acceptance of the package, without exception.

We cannot accept returns after this date. The 15-day period will begin after the package has been delivered.

Incorrect or missing products: If you have received an incorrect product, please send a picture of the product and your order confirmation number to
pictures and your order confirmation number to support@geelyevs.com.we will ship the correct item once the package is delivered to your local FedEx location. Please test fit and double check that you have received the correct product before installation. We will not be able to return products once they have been installed. If your order is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have any questions about your new GEELYEVS accessory, please contact us at support@geelyevs.com.

Package lost in transit
Lost in transit After receiving the tracking number, please follow the tracking number regularly. Delays are common during this time. If a package is delayed for more than a few business days, please contact us immediately. If the shipping information is incorrect, please contact us. The sooner we catch an error in FedEx, DHL or USPS, the better our chances of correcting it. If a package is delayed more than 3 weeks, it is likely lost and we will need to file a claim with the shipping company before proceeding.

Since GEELYEVS has multiple warehouses, please contact GEELYEVS for the warehouse address of the returned product.

NOTE: For international orders, GEELYEVS does not refund any VAT, GST, customs duties, handling fees, clearance fees or other fees that may be charged in relation to the shipment in your country.
